Valuation-based position on current NAV since inception (July 2022). The asset — 1 Cambridge Street, West Leederville — has not been sold. Based on an independent valuation by JLL dated 18 June 2026. The trust was established as a two-year fund; unitholders agreed to extend the term to November 2028 so the asset can be realised at the most appropriate point in the cycle — see the fund page for detail.
